EDUCATION:

Bachelor in Kinesiology (University of Calgary, 2022); Masters of Physical Therapy (University of Alberta, 2024)

ABOUT:

Abbey graduated from the University of Calgary in 2022 with a Bachelor in Kinesiology, and went on to complete her Master in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2024. Through her past experiences as a competitive long track speed skater and personal trainer, she developed a passion for helping patients recover from injury and return to their favourite activities using an exercise-based approach. Abbey enjoys working with a wide range of patients and has a special interest in pelvic health and lower extremity injury rehabilitation.
